She looks forward to beach camping with her family and attending her sons’ little league games. Jessica is passionate about coffee and will drive miles out of her way for good “Cup of Joe”. Her love (aka dependency) for java developed quickly during those first few months of life with a 2 year-old and newborn twins. If she had more spare time Jessica would spend it developing her love for wine and cooking. She would also sew, craft, read and learn more. She loves reading to her boys and hopes they too will grow up with a same fondness for literature.

Czarina Louie has over 20 years of experience in performing and managing accounting / bookkeeping practices in various industries from Production/Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Electrical Construction, and Ministry. Her exposure to these different industries has given her a wide breadth of experience in understanding the clients’ needs to help manage their books while also being the supportive liaison to help clients mitigate tax liabilities and exposures. Her work experience includes growing a manufacturing start up from a staff of 6 to 160 at its peak, while heading the day-to-day Operations, Human Resources, Procurement, and Logistics of orders up to $4.3M.

During her career, she found herself being pulled more into the accounting functions of the companies she worked in or consulted at in solely preparing them for their tax returns. As she started to raise her family, she felt it was important to stay closer to home to better support their needs. With that she pursued more local roles within the Santa Clarita / Valencia area, where she was led to various consulting work, ultimately landing a defined role specifically in accounting with a local church. It was there where she truly found her passion for accounting/bookkeeping. It was with divine grace that she connected with Global Tax & Accounting to truly dive into the accounting industry. She has found her passion and purpose and has been able to utilize every aspect of her prior experiences to manage the various clients she currently services.

Outside of the office she loves to experience the world with her family by attending sporting events, concerts, and trying the endless number of restaurants in California. Her family will travel to the Bay Area and all the way down to San Diego to spend quality time with extended family. Clients wishing to engage the services of any of the firms must contract with each firm separately and render fees as specified under each arrangement.
