How we test

We test with automated checkers (WAVE and Lighthouse), a full keyboard-only review of every menu, form and control, and checks on phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes. The site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge and with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS.

What we have done

Steps we have taken include descriptive text for images and icons, a consistent heading structure, keyboard access to every menu and control, visible focus indicators, text and background colors that meet contrast requirements, a pause control for moving content, and form fields that identify errors clearly. The site also respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.

Known limitations

Some content is provided by third parties and is outside our direct control: the AgilLink, eMoney and Smartvault client systems linked from this site, embedded Google Maps, and regulatory documents such as our Form ADV and Form CRS, which are PDF files. If any of these are difficult for you to use, contact us and we will provide the same information or service another way, including by phone or mail.
