Jennifer Akhlaghi is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional who loves making a difference in her clients lives. She believes that a person’s life goals and objectives should align with their financial resources. She enjoys helping clients make smart decisions about their money, creating goal-based financial plans, and values building long term relationships with her clients.

Jennifer started working with her father, Harold Rood, at Rood Financial, LLC in 2009 offering fee based financial planning and investment management services. Here, she developed the foundation of her investment philosophy which is based on asset class investing, goal-based planning and helping her clients maintain discipline and structure with not trying to market time or pick the hot stocks. Jennifer joined Global Financial Advisory Services at the end of 2020, to help assist the firm with financial planning and investment management services.

As an LA native, Jennifer is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys pretty much anything that is active, whether it is working out, dancing, hiking, yoga and loves the beach.
